I am in my 40th week a little disapointed since I have not droped yet. This is not my first pregancy,but this was not a problem. I did not want to be induced. Can it happen all at once or is something that takes time?I feel weired asking but I feel like this is not going to end. I have tried everything to help it along? thank you

hey stephanie, i feel the same way. i am 40 weeks tomm (the 13th) and due tomm. i am so anxious to get this pregnancy over with and im not sure ive dropped either. AND, my doctor wants to induce me Wednesday (14th) and hes really being pushy about it and i dont want to. whats the deal with doctors wanting to induce right away now???

Sometimes the baby doesn't drop until you are in labor. So dropping isn't really a sign of anything. It can be, but not necessarily. Hope that helps!!!
