Is it true that when the baby hiccups that means it is growing that much more? I dont know if thats a wise tail or not?

what do you mean by growing that much more?? I'm 35 wks and my baby has hiccups like 4 times a day at least sometimes pretty strong ones, thats why I ask :)

what I mean is that I heard a rumor that a sign your baby is growing is when it hiccups...?? I dont know if its true but its like when it hiccups its growing (growth spurt)? But I am 35 weeks too and mine has them all the time also, so Im not sure?

I found out today at the doctors and he said that hiccups are actually a sign of intelligence for the baby! The doctor told me that...

What do hiccups feel like and when can you start to feel them?

I felt them around I would say 26-28 weeks maybe? But they just feel like a heart beat type feeling but in your stomach, they seem to be pretty rapid, fater then your own hiccups. If u can imagine someone in your tummy with hiccups (like your own) but like I said a faster rate... Its pretty neat, but if ur baby has them a lot, like mine, they can be annoying :).

I think I started to feel them around the same time too..and it does feel like a heart beat..or little tiny kicks but there is sort of a pattern to them and theyre constant for a few minutes...You could also describe it as a little tugging feeling
