Inducing Labor At Home

Does anybody know any way to induce labor at home i am 37 weeks she is already head first and i am 1 centimeter dilated. please answer i am desperate. i have already had contractions and i feel pelvic pressure i dont want to do anything that can possibly cause fetal distress so please answer me....

37 weeks is pretty early to be trying to induce labour I think - your baby will likely be pretty small. Many women walk around dilated a bit for several weeks, I'd try to hang in there for another week or two if I was you! I understand your feelings though, I'm 38w3d and dying for this baby to come...

yes it's hard to wait but remember everyday your baby stays in there the healthier it will be when it comes out when you are a little farther along it is safe to use red raspberry leaf tea excerise and s_x to get things moving
