i i am 40 weeks on my 3 baby i am having alot of pressure on my bum ......it feels that the baby could c_m right out of it.I am having stabbing pains up my flower....... you would thinj my 3 baby i would know what is happening to my but belive me evey pregancy is different please any 1 with advice would be gratefull and also i dont know if i am weeing or my waters ar leaking.....please help

I'm having the same kinds of pains you are - my baby is REALLY low (according to Dr) so I'm guessing that's what causing the pressure and pains. About fluid leaking, I don't know, this is my first! I've always heard that if you're leaking fluid it's a relatively constant trickle, where as with pee it's generally not.

With my first baby I was on the toilet peeing ten mins straight, She was engaged deeply, and I thought my water popped and I went to hospital and they said I was just peeing for so long cuz when the baby moves head while ur peeing it keeps sqeezing out more urine..
