IF THEY ARE CONSISTENT ON HOW FAR ABOUT THEY ARE I WOULD GO, IF THEY ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE, COULD BE FALSE LABOR.

Drink lots of water and put your feet up. I do the same thing if i forget to drink and rest.

Better to go to the hospital and have it be nothing. 31 weeks is still kind of early, if you're going into labor they can sometimes stop it before it progresses too far so you can hold out for a few more weeks. Drink water and rest like Cevvin said, but if it continues get yourself to the hospital.

it depends on how far apart you are feeling the contractions....if they are far apart, just sit back, relax and drink water....if they go away, they are just BH, if they don't go away and start to get closer together, then I would go to the hospital. I had the same thing around 32 weeks, I was getting them every 8 minutes and finally after 3 hours of that I called the doctor..they told me to put my feet up, sit still and drink water.....I did and they went away.

i had the same problem around 31-32 weeks. i went to the hospital after feeling mild cramp like contractions for over an hour. i was told they were common and Braxton Hicks. my Dr. told me they could come from not drinking any fluid or just your body naturally responding to your cervix dropping or stretching! your best beat is to wait a couple hours, if they continue go to hospital. if they stop don't worry! drink plenty of fluids!
