Signs Of True Or False Labor

I am 29 weeks pregnant. I had been having pains for the past two weeks now and have seen my doctor. Just found out couple days ago that my baby is already with her head in my pelvic region. The pains i have been having now have been crampy like and shooting into my back and abdomen. They started to do like this , this morning. Lasting off and on for lil over an hour. I have also had to do # 2 quite a few times today and the past few days. No constipation at all. Then, off and on pains throughout today and just recently had to do #2 again, for the 4th time today and this time it was diarrhea. Is this signs of true labor, false labor or just nothing? I am worried and have been having feelings that I am going to have my baby early. With my symptoms, is that a big possibility?

It sounds like you may have some round ligament pain and could also be that your baby is growing and will now start to crowd your ribs. I know everyone says this, but seriously, when you're in labor...you know it...there will be no question. Remember...you are contracting all the time, in order for it to be labor,contractions will be in a regular pattern. (ie. every 3-5 minutes apart for an hour). In my last tri. I started having more regular BM's. I doubt you're in labor...your baby is more than likely going through a growing spurt.
