hi in all of my 5 pregnancys ive only had gas and air and pethedine now im having my last baby i was going to try a tens machine but every body tells me diffrent stories need some advice how was it fo ru

Well i haven't used a tens machine myself but my sister did, her experience wasn't a good one. She pushed the b___ton when she had a contraction and the tens machine would kick in, then she would be sick, this happened 4 times then she stopped using it. It can help to take the edge off the contractions but it depends on the person whos using it. My suggestion is, give it a go, it may be perfect for you and if not then at least you tried it and can pa__s on your experience to others asking this question in the future.
