I want to know how true is it that people have actually got pregnant from not having s_x, and I am not talking about your guy fingering you but your boyfriend rubbing his p__s against you etc. Is this true women have actually gotten pregnant from it?

Never did that and I never heard of someone getting pregnant that way. But if the sperm went in then you can be.

The only way you could get pregnant from your boyfriend rubbing his p___s against you is if he had already ejaculated and there was sperm on his p___s still. Or is he had hadn't already ejaculated, then there could be pre-c_m on there, and there is sperm in that as well. Sperm have the natural inclination to make their way up the v____a and into the fallopian tubes. So if any got even on the outer area, then there's a chance some may have made it into your v____a.
