3 months ago I wasn't taking my birth control right,so i stopped taking it for a month then had my period normal, so the month after i didnt take any, i took one months worth, but i've been having these cramps, faint, lightheaded, sometimes its uncomfortable to sleep on my belly or even lay, tired most part of the day, etc. but i just got done with my period around 4 days ago, last night i had unprotected s_x, and woke up with a very light pinkish brown discharge (amounted to about 2 spots on my underwear). Could this be implantation bleeding? or am i just too worried about everything else happening to my body and thinking its IB?

It is most likely too early to be pregnant. Most women don't ovulate until 2 weeks after their period. Occasionally a woman will get pregnant during her period but it doesn't happen very often at all. Good luck!
