So my girlfriend and I had s_x on like november 24, a couple days after she finished her period. We used a condom and shes on the pill, but during christmas week, her period was late 3 days and she only had it for a few hours. Can she be pregnant or can it be the pill that made her period weird (cause from what I've heard birth control can do that)? Also, when women are pregnant they are more susceptible to sickness and shes been sick wiht a soar throat for a few days.

She may have an irregular period. I went 3 to 4 months without a period when I was in High School, lasting until I was in my late 20s.
I am of course, only a__suming that you are in High School and should know better!

She should take a test. Using 2 methods of birth control, a__suming they're used correctly, would make it highly unlikely that she could be pregnant but if her period is very different from the norm, a test will make you both feel better.

I agree with Clindholm. I cant stress enough how important it is to seeking a doctors opinion as well. At a young age I also experience times when my period was "wacky".. Advise is one thing, but if you arent sure, please have her see her doctor.
