Precum Sex Twice Condom Broke Second Time

My boyfriend and i had s_x, went to dinner, he urinated atleast twice before we had s_x again about a hour and a half to two hours later. About 5 minutes into intercourse the condom broke and he pulled out immediately after. I was going to get the Plan B pill today but didnt go after talking to friends. I might go tomorrow but i am only 17 so i have to get a prescription. How worried should i be about getting pregnant with out without the emergency contraception?
Please help.

get plan B...I got pregnant from pre-c_m and I only had s_x for 20 seconds. I decided it as a bad idea, told him to stop, and we did..thinking we avoiding a pregnancy and I still got pregnant and he was nowhere near finishing...I was also your age, so please, go get plan B and remember you can get pregnant from pre c_m
