Tubes Tied Period 5 Days Late Neg Preg Test

Ive had my tubes tied for 7 years now, and my period has been pretty regular, until a few weeks ago. My last period was Oct. 5th, I am on a 21 day cycle, so my period was supposed to start on Oct. 25th, but it has yet to be seen. I took a pregnancy test tonight but it was negative. I haven't been under any unusual stress or anything. I have decided to wait until November 2nd to see if my period will come. If not I will test again. Any advice on this issue, or what should I do??
