Highly unlikely, but not impossible. Some women get implantation bleeding which can be mistaken for their period when they are pregnant (although in most women it is lighter than a period). Please be sure to stop by a drug store to pick up condoms or speak to a planned parenthood centre to discuss your birth control options -- you don't want to be going through this every month wondering
