I'm having some bleeding and I'm wondering if it's implantation. I have been bleeding for 3 nights now only during night and always kinda heavy and light pinkish red by early morning mid day it's gone. Now I'm also consider if I might be having twins cause I'm already expericing alot of symptoms rapidly and I feel like I can feel movement already. What is going on

Implantation spotting usually occurs a week before your expected period, often so light it is not noticed. Pregnancy is most often from sex 13 to 20 days before your expected period. Movement this early is from gas as the gut muscles are affected by pregnancy hormones and the embryo is but a speck.
