SamMarie21 sorry to hear what you went through. I also had 1 ob who was rude & didn't explain much. I went to see my family dr 01/12/2012 b/c it was going to take a couple of weeks for me to be seen by my ob. I was also concerned about an odor but she checked & informed me I had nothing to worry about w/the odor b/c she didnt notice an odor. I had a natural M/C & by Tuesday 01/17/2012 I had comPletely stopped bleeding & the pains were gone. If you feel the odor is of concern you should go get checked ASAP b/c it can ruin future plans. Good luck.
Hi again.. ok to hthrly they told me i could try right away, that there is always a good chance right after a mc to get pregnant again so we only had sex once in december, and apparently i got pregnant again, i tested positive early january to only have bleeding again on the 7th...which he said was another miscary..a very early miscary, but i still dont know if it was or if it was just left over hormones. Just make sure they watch your numbers down to 0 bc they didnt for me and now i just dont know if im pregnant again or if its just from last miscarry. Im still testing positive, todays the 24th, ive tested quite a few times the last couple of days and its not getting any darker just a little faint line, so im assuming its not a new pregnancy, all of this is just way too fustrating. Im going on friday to see the lady who did my d n c in december and hopefully she can figure this out. To SamMarie, i had weird brown discharge about 2 weeks after my d n c in december and it was kinda funny smellin, they put me on antibiotics bc they said it was probably infection. So i would definitly get that checked out! Im still having the brown discharge sometimes, but without the smell. and i am too driving myself crazy, its so hard not to think about all of this.
Thanks for the advice fox13. When did you have your m/c? You must be going insane with all the confusion. When I was at the ER the dr told me when I stopped bleeding & I was comfortable we could TTC. I'm just nervous. How long did you wait TTC again? This whole ordeal is just nerve wrecking!!
