im 32 wks, and the baby is head down already, I personally think he has dropped but i havne't been to the dr for him to tell me for sure or not. The past few days I have been having pains like my period. It hurts down there, sometimes feels like I have to pee, but theres nothing there.. and my lower back is hurting too..I think I have had some false contractions too because my stomach will tighten and then loosen...... What could this actually be? ?

it could mean that your going into labor. you were right those are false contractions. i would go to the hospital asap. to get checked out. bye

well, being 30 weeks myself, I can identify with all your symptoms and I don't think there's anything unusual about them, but if you feel like something isn't right, or if your contractions become regular after you drink water and lay on your left side for awhile, you should call your dr or go to labor and delivery to make sure everything is okay.
