My baby is breech and I can either have my doctor "try" to rotate the baby, or have a C section. I am told that trying to move the baby is only 50% effective, and very painful. What should I do?

Darl, I was faced with this early in my pregnancy and was so lucky my bub turned itself. However at the time, I was like....Book me in for a Caeser!! I figured that giving birth breech would most likely end up in a caeser anyway so why go through the pain at the start.

I have read that you can encourage baby to turn be getting on all fours and reaching your chest towards the floor, A midwife recomended it for 20min a day. Also you can play soft music, put the small speaker low on you tummy, the baby may turn to hear it

All 3 pregnancies of mine have been breach. My doctor says it is very hard to turn one and is usually stressful on the baby. I have had 2 c-sections and will be having a third with this one. C-sections are not that bad.
