I am now 38 weeks pregnant. Can any one tell me how long will it be before labour starts. I started having realy bad menstrual cramps and I think contractions at 1 o'clock in the morning. I couldn't sleep until about 6:30. I then finally fell asleep and now I still have the menstrual cramps but no contractions. My am now engaged for two weeks already! When will he arrive?

He'll arrive when he's ready. However. I was induced, and so know exactly when contractions started. Until my water broke, they felt just like menstrual cramps. So, I'd say you're probably close.
