Thinking About Inducing Pros And Cons

I will be 40 weeks tomorrow and have been on the cusp of labor for a week now. My body is tired, I am sick of waiting and am now considering being induced tomorrow. On one hand, I have already dilated to 5cm and my body is obviously moving along. I have also been really scared of induction up to this point. On the other hand, I am really ready for this baby to be born. Can I get some pros and cons of waiting it out vs. inducing? Maybe I just need a few meanies to tell me I'm selfish! Hit me.
