Ok so i have been experiencing the following my doc checked and said she has dropped head first, i've been experiencing braxton hicks, i spotted and it stopped, leg cramps and sudden burst of energy....but i'm not dialated so how soon could i expect the baby?

There is no way to know when a baby will come. You just have to wait and see. The only things that mean you will have your baby very soon is if your water breaks or if you are having regular, strong contractions that are 3-4 minutes apart and getting stronger, lasting at least a minute. Hang in there, it will happen when it's time.
