Any Tips For Bringing On Labor

i'm due this Sunday, with baby # 4. Im very uncomfortable and want to deliver today any tips to help me go into labor?

start walking alot and doing the nasty

Your man's stuff can actually stimulate the thinning of the cervix. also stimulating the nipples can bring on labor. walking can increase the intensity of contractions, but may not speed up dialation. Castor oil can help, but remember it is a lax. and will still work as one so you may get unwanted cramping. Good luck to you!!
