I'm 39wks now with my first and i went to the doctor yesterday. He says im not dialated, but i've thinned 50% how much longer will this last lol. oh yeah and I've had stabbing pains in my va___al area and nightly throw ups now for a week or so, does this mean it could be soon or is it just my parinoid wishful thinking?

im 37w6d, i have had those stabbing pains for about 3 weeks now. And have been nightly throw ups the last 3 days. Last week i was dialated at all, and the baby hasnt really dropped yet. So i would say that its preparing for labor, but not necessarily mean that its close. But your farther along so maybe.
