hi there girls iam 39 weeks pg ive been having pain in my abdomen and some light pain in the back for a week know , also the last time i went to the hospital the dr said i was 1 cm dilated ,yesterday i went to my appt and dr said the head was really low ,,,,do you think my baby girl could be born any time soon or is there something to really speed things out please answer if you have any advice ,,,,thanks
