I am 39 weeks, and my doc told me today that I am 3cm dialated on the outside and 1 & 1/2 on the inside. I don't know what that means. This is my 2nd pregnancy, and i've never heard of it being explained that way. I didn't realize there are 2 places that dialate? I go for induction Monday the 4th at 8:00am. Does anyone know what the difference is between "the outside and inside" of dialating?

I am 35 weeks, and my doctor told me that I am 2-3 cm dialated. I was just wondering how long until my baby is due.
