please help me to decide if i should get my tubes tied i have two children boy and girl, i'm 33 and i dont want any more children but when i go to make the oppoinment i always get so scared that i will regret it for the rest of my life, please help if you have went through this!!!

If you have ANY doubt don't do it! I had just a small doubt so I didn't. Now we are having our 3rd child which we both wanted.

My advice would be not to do it until you are 100% sure this is what you want. Until then, use protection or go on the pill. There are other ways of birth control.

There is a reason you think you will regeret it. Wait until you are absolutley sure that is is something you want to do.
