My partner is a smoker,How will it effect the health of my baby?He never smokes next to me,but my concern that the nicotin from his sperm could absorb into my blood stream during pregnancy affecting my and my baby health.Should he wear condom to prevent this to happen?Thanks

It will lower his sperm count dramatically..He will also smell like a dirty ash tray and this might make you nauseous during intercourse..

your stupid!!!!! Why does it matter? You baby will be fine. Then only thing smoking does to babys is it might make then pre-mature!!!

Sperm does not contain nicotine. You guys should continue the practice of him not smoking around you. He should not smoke around the baby either. Seciond hand smoke is bad for the both of you. For the baby it possibly increases the chance of SIDS.
